Electrical Installation of Luxury Apartments

Spa Electrical were contacted to carry out the installation of 3 luxury apartments in the center of Harrogate.

The project included:

3 high standard apartments with:

• Range of functional & decorative lighting
• Mains wired Smoke/heat alarms
• Fibre optic + satellite + antenna
• Full electrical heating + water heating
• MVHR units (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery)
• Video intercom

Communal stairs & corridor

• Energy efficient lighting with PIRs
• Conventional fire system with Velux smoke window
• Emergency Lighting
• Lockable cleaners sockets
• Video intercom system with keypad entry

Once the project was complete we carried out a full Inspection & Test including Fire Alarm to all work carried out was safe.
